Welcome to Pace and Presence Health Coaching. I’m Jess.
I'm a certified health coach (Level 5 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching) registered with the UKIHCA, and hold a BSc (Hons) in Health and Human Sciences. Before moving into 1:1 coaching, I spent over 7 years helping organisations organisations embed wellbeing into the heart of their cultures. But I found myself drawn to something more personal - the depth of real conversation, and the privilege of being present for the moments that truly change things.
Because when you’re exhausted, stressed and not feeling like yourself, you don’t need someone to hand you a plan and send you on your way. You need space to be heard. You need someone to help you make sense of what’s going on. And you need support to create habits that feel doable in your day-to-day life.
